Christine Ford is a poet who lives in Arlington, TX. Ms. Ford received her B.A. in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing from the University of Utah. She is an instructor for the Institute of Children’s Literature. Ms. Ford was born in Pittsfield, MA in Berkshire County, moved to Salt Lake City, Utah with her family in 1974 and now resides close to the Trinity River in Arlington, TX. Ms. Ford has often been inspired by the beautiful places she has lived.

She is the author of SCOUT, a Delacorte novel, published by Random House Children’s Books, Snow! Published by HarperCollins Children’s Books, The Soldier’s Night Before Christmas, and OCEAN’S CHILD published by Golden Books.
